MSSQL Database Connection Issues CF2023

I am new to Commandbox and looking for help. I have the full version of ColdFusion 2023 installed on my Windows 11 laptop and would like to switch to using Commandbox . I am having issues with getting my data sources in Commandbox to connect.

I am using MSSQL server authentication and have no issues connecting from the installed version of CF, but the version in Commandbox keeps telling me “Connection verification failed for data source: dev java.sql.SQLException: Timed out trying to establish connection” Both are configured the same.

Currently, I have a very basic install using “server start cfengine=adobe@2023” command.

Any Ideas on what I am missing?

Can you share the stack trace? Are the same modules installed? When you say “I am using MSSQL server authentication”, do you just mean you are using a username and password?

This one can be closed. It fixed itself after a Windows 11 reboot. I was going to close this, but there was no way to do that when in pending status. Thanks
