Was stuck trying to get quick running with a DSL exception error for the grammar. Took awhile. Kept referring to documentation. Finally looked at qb grammars and saw MSSQLGrammar is now SqlServerGrammar since 7.0

Thanks for the catch! Can you point us to where it was referenced as MSSQLGrammar in the Quick docs? Then either you (via a PR) or we can update that. :+1:

Typo:
Retrieving Entities - Quick ORM (ortusbooks.com)
has quikc.models.BaseService (quick misspelled)

FYI:
pagination only works with MS SQL Server 2012 or higher.
