Random Event Handler No Registered

When we put our application into Production mode, we can random
missing event handler errors, a refresh of the page makes it fine
again.

Oops! Exception Encountered
Application Execution Exception
Error Type: HandlerService.EventHandlerNotRegisteredException : [N/A]
Error Messages: The event: is not valid registered event.

No the only thing I can of when this happens, may someone is doing a
FWREINIT of the application. We've check this isn't the case so any
other ideas?

We're running CF8.01 on *NIX Platform.

Does the framework snapshot in the error screen show the event that it is trying to run?

What version of ColdBox?

Are you using production config settings. (like reload event handlers = false, etc)
