I have had to change the Application name for some of the DI to work correctly, when adding new injections.
I don’t know if it’s related, but it’s worth knowing that WireBox caches metadata for all its mappings, even if they are transients. The times when a reinit doesn’t work for me is often when an object is persisted in session or application scope.
