Part of the problem sometimes with remote proxies (which I’ve dealt with screwing up my code before) is getting the “other” IT team to admit it’s their problem. (or even look into it)
One time I had to do WireShark TCP sniffing at both firewalls to prove it was a client’s anti-virus scanner blocking my customer’s downloads.
