You made a backup of your code prior to your upgrade, right?

of course! restored it, same transferConfigFactory error.. i
get this error with my backup and with a clean install.. 
did you restart your cfml engine? Maybe something is still in memory.

Did you clear out the Transfer definitions folder and then restart/reinit?
