The i18n error is a known bug with Lucee 5. Please add a comment to this ticket:

We’ll have to check into the other error. Most of our testing has been focused on Lucee 4 since 5 isn’t released yet.

The other error stems from the onApplicationStart bootstrapping not completing… Which is probably the result of the i18n failing in the middle of the init.

We found this with some ORM errors that killed the onAppStart on initial starts.
