Thanks for the note. That json file is new. I’ll test some upgrades and see if I can reproduce. Can you share any more about your OS and how you upgraded the first time when the servers wouldn’t start?

Windows 10. Upgraded using the box upgrade command. The binary had recently been replaced from an earlier version of the beta.
