suggestion: htmlEditFormat() missing on default exception template

I think it'd be a good idea to wrap the exception message and detail
with htmlEditFormat() in the default exception template.

Agree?

Henry

Why is that Henry, are you getting a stack of < etc.?

If I have

   <cfthrow message="must be > 0">

The default exception template will be messed up.

I know, this happens to the CF's default exception template as well,
but I'm just thinking that CB's err template can do better.

Thx,
Henry
