When logged into your ContentBox Administrator, the Global Search at the top of each page can be your handy friend. Use it to quickly search your entire site for users, pages, blog entries, or items in the Content Store. The drop down of results filters as you type which is very nice.
P.S. In a hurry? Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+s to jump focus into the Global Search box from anywhere in the admin.
