Trouble Installing CommandBox Service Manager after purchase

I purchased the CommandBox Service Manager back at the beginning of November, but I haven’t been able to find where I can download and install it from Forgebox.

I have the license key, but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do next. I tried reaching out through support but haven’t gotten a response. The support link on the product page (CommandBox Service Manager) also does not work for me (the page loads, but when entering my email it just says “We couldn’t submit your request. Refresh the page and try again.”).

Do I actually already have what I need to install it (the license key I got in an email after purchase)? Or do I need to see the package in my Forgebox account, as I think the docs indicate?

@JayTennant If you log in to Forgebox using CommandBox ( box forgebox login ) you should then be able to install with box install commandbox-services-manager@ortus

Then the commands will be available to you.

Actually, I can’t find an account for you in Forgebox. Let me know your username and I can add your access to the package

Thanks for helping me get connected with the package! I’m looking forward to getting this set up sometime this week – I’ll rest a little easier knowing the server will be able to recover whenever the machine unexpectedly resets.
