I know there’s a tool for importing if you have a DSN setup, but I think a common scenario would be to use Wordpress’s export functionality. Is anyone working on processing the Wordpress export XML? If not, I’d like to take a crack at it.

I think you should look at squarespace for ideas. I has some very cool features and tools! I feel it is superior to wordpress in terms of ease of use vs. edge case customization!
